Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver to addresses throughout Malaysia.
  • International shipping may be available for selected countries – please check during checkout or contact us directly.
  • Shipping availability is subject to serviceable areas supported by our courier partners.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Standard shipping within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping to East Malaysia may take 3–7 business days.
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, there may be slight delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping rates will be calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Depending on promotions, free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (e.g., RM200).
  • Additional charges may apply for express shipping or shipping to remote areas.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You may track your order directly on the courier’s website or via the link provided.

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
  • Unclaimed deliveries after multiple attempts may be returned to us and subject to restocking fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photo evidence may be required for verification.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
  • For urgent requests, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
